Shipping & Returns

Every order is tracked and ships with PostNL or DHL. Delivery is free in the Netherlands on orders over €100.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

Once your returns request has been submitted and approved, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of submission. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached and all packaging intact, including dust bag where applicable
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use
• Caps: hang tag must not be removed

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Please include your proof of purchase receipt inside the package so we can identify which order the return belongs to.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for. Once your item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, exchanges and refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale and promotional items are final sale — no returns accepted

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact info@catarcottega.com with your order number to arrange an exchange. The cost of returning the original item is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive it, we send out your replacement.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@catarcottega.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
